Join the Rita Ellen for a gentle evening cruise along the river Avon, followed by a magical Ghost Walk around the 'haunted' streets of Stratford upon Avon (see bottom of page for dates).
The evening starts at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Bridgeway, at Bancroft Cruisers landing stage.
The Rita Ellen, a purpose built function boat will be ready to board at 7pm, sailing at 7.30pm for around 45 mins. The boat is covered, centrally heated, has toilet facilities and a mini bar.
The relaxing cruise along the gently flowing River Avon with its abundance of wildlife, provides a delightful backdrop to charm the senses.
And then things change! At the end of the cruise, a costumed guide will be waiting! Join Vincent, Herbert Mortimer or the Man in Black (Mib), for an entertaining Ghost Walk. Good old-fashioned story-telling with entertainment. Discover the ancient buildings seeping with tales of ghosts, witches, murder and misery. The ghostly guides are professional entertainers or actors. A ghostly and magical evening - if you dare......
